When Claire first told me their wedding was in Conifox adventure park I really didnt know what to expect. However I was truly blown away with the place and their wedding day – it had pretty much everything and more!
Claire and Scott are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their two wee boys were absolute stars and everyone welcomed me in like a friend even though i was running frantically about and pointing two cameras at everyone all day. The wedding was so relaxed and fun, I felt like I was an actual guest on the day.
They were married outdoors in a beautiful humanist ceremony next to the old cottage that doubles as a cafe/restaraunt. Everyone was able to play garden games during the drinks reception and the kids were able to run around having fun before everyone was treated to an amazing barbecue dinner on the tables outside.
I cant recommend this place enough for a chilled out family wedding. If you have kids its definitely worth thinking about. Even during the evening reception the kids got free reign on the soft play! Not only that there are some beautiful grounds to take pictures in. See below! (Im absolutely in love with the wee black and white series pics). We were lucky we had a beautiful scottish june day – it was just perfect. It was such fun taking the pictures which you can see below. it’s so lovely when you see two people so happy together and it makes for great photos. Great people who make a wonderful family.
