Another fantastic Vu wedding I had the privilege to photograph. This time it was Nicola & Iain’s turn. They are a fantastic couple and great company. They organised a fabulous wedding and it was a pleasure to be part of it. The sun came out for them and everyone had a brilliant time.
Nicola and the girls were getting ready at Nicola’s parents house just across the road from the church. They could have walked it but why not arrive in style on such a special day? The service was in St John the Baptist church in Fauldhouse. This is a classic looking church with great lighting, it was a lovely setting to get married. After it was over to ‘The Vu’ which sits on Ballencrieff Reservoir near Bathgate. This is a stunning venue which is custom-made for weddings. It comes highly recommended and as you can see from the photos, the setting speaks for itself.
My favourite picture from the day is the new Mr & Mrs McPake-Day standing in the doors of the church. My favourite thing from the day was the amazing cake. If you know Nicola and Iain you will know how personal this was, absolutely amazing!

Hi is Mandy Byers, I am deaf person, so we get married on 10th of June. And only quite wedding day, only 12 of us. We get married in Bathgate council at 3.15pm than go to fairway hotel. No party nothing just small wedding day. We need want someone doing photos of us and my family is only 12 of persons. I need to know how cost . Only photos about 10 or whatever!
